how to become an exhibitor?

meetings are hEld in exhibiting suites that are blocked by the event organizers a year in advance.  for new exhibitors, once you have seen and chosen a layout that works for you, you need to confirm first that the space is available by contacting the organizers.  once availability has been confirmed, download and fill out the exhibiting form and submit in order to guarantee your space.
