The hotel will begin accepting your boxes 3 days prior to your arrival date.  Please send materials to the following address (using below format).   The cost for package handling is $7.50 Per box/case porterage fee.  This fee applies to both packages that are shipped to the hotel and delivered to the room as well as large items/cases that are brought to the hotel and require bellman assistance in taking them up to the rooms.
